Amy Pendergrass:

Amy Pendergrass graduated from Campbell University prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR. Amy has received numerous corporate and community awards and is a Mega-Million Dollar Producer, she has been a full time REALTOR for over 12 years. Amy relocated many times before settling in Northeastern Ohio. She knows first hand what it feels like to sell your home or buy a new home. She is dedicated to making your move into or out of Northeastern Ohio a positive experience.

Keith Pendergrass:

Keith Pendergrass is a licensed REALTOR who graduated from Virginia Tech. Keith is also a Certified Public Accountant. He works with Amy on a day to day basis on real estate transactions and manages the business. Keith provides the support in all facets of the business to allow Amy and the other team members to dedicate their efforts to serving you!

Troy Pendergrass:

Troy Pendergrass graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Business Marketing. Troy works out in the field with buyers and sellers as well as in the office developing the various marketing campaigns and services that we provide each of our listings.

Peggy Heffelmire:

Peggy Heffelmire is the client services/marketing specialist for the team, she is also a licensed REALTOR. Peggy has been in Hudson real estate for 8 years and has personally bought & sold 5 homes in 4 states. Her responsibilities include; listing input in the MLS, web site mail and maintenance, newspaper advertising & in-home marketing.
